Standard delivery times will be confirmed at the point of order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates but will always aim to meet agreed timeframes.
6. Returns & Refunds
Custom-printed and embroidered items are non-refundable unless faulty. Faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

• Loss of business or income caused by delays or errors
• Issues caused by third-party websites linked from our site
